Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Sr. Specialist, Transformation for the global Salesforce Innovation Center. This role focuses on the Feature and Enhancement lifecycle, translating business needs into IT requirements and ensuring timely delivery across global SIC centers.

You will coordinate with IT, SIC regional teams, and GPO leadership, maintaining backlog visibility and delivering clear communications and documentation of progress and changes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in program management, operations, or coordination in a global org.
• Experience collaborating with IT on feature requests and tech delivery.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to translate tech to business.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day IT relationship for the SIC program and feature requests.
• Manage intake, prioritization, and tracking of feature requests.
• Gather requirements from regional teams and translate IT updates for business.
• Partner with IT to monitor progress and flag risks or scope changes.
• Support design and implementation of global SIC processes.
• Maintain documentation of the feature pipeline and release notes.
• Drive consistency in capturing and communicating feature requests.
• Create enablement materials to explain new features and changes.
• Produce clear status updates and process guides for IT and business.
