Qualifications

• Must have experience in technology-enabled transformation within regulated environments.
• Ability to translate complex needs into measurable future-state processes and outcomes.
• Experience applying governance, risk, privacy, and compliance to initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex transformation initiatives end-to-end from definition to optimization.
• Design and redesign workflows, capture requirements, and define success measures.
• Partner with MWS and enterprise tech teams to validate workflows and implement solutions.
