Job summary

You will translate strategic priorities into a coordinated slate of initiatives, align MWS with enterprise tech partners, and manage governance, risk, and adoption.

You will drive organizational readiness, partner with SMEs, and guide teams to achieve measurable business outcomes through AI, analytics, and automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, computer science, engineering, or related field.
• 10 years of progressive experience in biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, life sciences, technology-enabled transformation, or related field.
• 3 years of leadership experience building and developing teams in complex matrixed organizations.

Responsibilities

• Translate transformation priorities into executable initiatives with measurable outcomes.
• Direct cross-functional execution across clinical regulatory docs, scientific publications, and knowledge management.
• Lead governance, risk, privacy, and adoption of responsible AI across initiatives.
