Vertex Pharmaceuticals LLC seeks an Associate Director of Innovation and Business Transformation to lead technology-enabled transformation across Medical Writing Science (MWS). You will define requirements, lead workflow redesign, build business cases, and partner with enterprise tech teams to deliver measurable outcomes, from pilots to full implementation.
The role requires navigating ambiguity, managing risks, and ensuring adoption and optimization of solutions in a regulated life sciences
Qualificações
- 8+ years in biotechnology, pharma, life sciences, or tech-enabled transformation.
- Experience translating complex needs into executable plans and measurable outcomes.
- Ability to govern risk, privacy, and compliance in tech-enabled initiatives.
Responsabilidades
- Lead complex transformation initiatives from concept to adoption and optimization.
- Perform current-state and future-state workflow analysis and design.
- Develop business cases, requirements, and success metrics for initiatives.
- Partner with MWS and enterprise tech teams to validate workflows and implement solutions.
- Lead pilots, UAT, and implementation while preserving business outcomes.
