Job summary
Terminix is seeking Innovation/Utility specialists to perform pest control, TAP insulation installation, and exclusion services for residential and commercial clients. You will engage customers, conduct inspections, and support light construction and repairs as part of comprehensive service delivery.
Responsibilities include installing exclusion traps, removing wildlife, and maintaining safety protocols while working in varied environments.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Possess a valid driver’s license from state of residence
- Customer-facing experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Pest Control: Inspect, treat, and install termite control systems for residential and commercial clients.
- TAP Insulation Installation: Install Thermal Acoustical Pest (TAP) insulation with quality and safety.
- Construction and Repair: Assist with minor repairs related to pest damage.
- Customer Interaction: Explain services, ensure satisfaction, and provide pest control guidance.
- Service Delivery: Perform exclusion services and wildlife removal with safe practices.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends and training opportunities.
