Valicy is seeking a Studio Coordinator to organize schedules, documentation, reporting, and budgets for the Innovation Studio. The role requires strong organization and communication, with the ability to coordinate with design, engineering, art, QA, tools, and leadership in a fast‑moving environment.

• Proven use of AI tools to improve organization, documentation, or reporting workflows.

Responsibilities

• Understand company Mission, Vision, and Values and be an ambassador of MVV.
• Manage schedules, meetings, notes, action items, roadmap updates, and recurring team rhythms.
• Track priorities, blockers, findings, decisions, and follow-ups across multiple workstreams.
• Prepare clear weekly updates, summaries, reports, and leadership‑ready communication.
• Use AI tools to organize information, summarize discussions, improve documentation, and reduce friction.
• Support budget tracking, purchasing coordination, tool access, logistics, onboarding, and operational needs.
• Help maintain studio documentation so work, decisions, and lessons learned remain accessible.
• Identify communication or process gaps, then suggest improvements for flow and accountability.
• Coordinate with design, engineering, art, QA, tools, and leadership to keep work visible and moving.
• Adapt quickly as priorities change without losing detail, context, and follow-through.
• Use AI responsibly, ensuring quality, accuracy, data sensitivity, and standards.
