Job summary

Come Near is seeking a Studio Manager to drive the operations of the Creative Studio. You will partner with Executive Creative Directors to turn creative priorities into actionable plans, balancing resources, timelines, budgets, and workloads across the studio.

This role blends production planning, traffic management, and resource strategy to remove friction and enable designers, writers, and editors to deliver exceptional work.

Qualifications

• 6-10+ years in creative operations, studio management, or production.
• Experience supporting multidisciplinary creative teams in agency or in-house
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own studio resourcing across all creative disciplines (creatives, freelancers, etc.).
• Build and maintain project schedules, staffing plans, and production calendars.
• Balance workloads to maximize capacity and prevent burnout.
• Coordinate with Executive Creative Directors to prioritize work and plan staffing.
• Track budgets, timelines, and deliverables across projects.
