Valence is seeking a high-energy operator to drive priority initiatives for leaders and executives. You will identify opportunities, diagnose problems, and unblock key objectives to help the company scale.

The role blends product, marketing, sales support, and strategic storytelling with LLM prompts and pilot deployments. You will work with multidisciplinary teams and influence board-related projects, quarterly planning, and metrics.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in consulting and/or fast-paced B2B startup.
• Ability to diagnose a variety of problems, break them down, and provide impactful solutions.
• High-velocity execution with attention to detail.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication, adaptable to internal/external audiences.
• Comfort with data manipulation and visualization to convey insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives across Sales, Marketing, CS, Eng/Prompting, Operations and Product.
• Create and implement project plans to identify gaps and drive cross-functional coordination.
• Develop decision models and plans to inform leadership-driven choices.
• Establish playbooks and strategies to enable rapid team scaling.
• Collaborate with Operations, Product, Design and Engineering to remove blockers and deliver product improvements.
