Stellantis is seeking a senior role to drive the functional and dysfunctional design of innovative battery packs for automotive applications. You will lead cross-functional teams, evaluate thermo-electric performance, and coordinate with external partners and internal facilities to push TRLs and project milestones.

The role requires a strong background in materials engineering or electrochemistry, extensive experience in battery energy storage, and excellent collaboration across diverse teams.

Competenze

• Minimum 8 years working experience in the battery energy storage area.
• Knowledge in battery pack design, electrochemistry, thermal management, battery cell, and electrical energy storage.
• Excellent interpersonal skill to work in crossfunctional and multi-cultural team environment.

Mansioni

• Use battery pack system engineering to build functional and dysfunctional analyzes.
• Facilitate a working team for design synthesis in cross functional groups.
• Cross functional synthesis with several skilled people and manage partner relationships.
