Qualifications
- ABET-accredited B.S. in a relevant engineering discipline.
- 3+ years in EV propulsion and CAD/analysis work.
- Strong chassis dynamics knowledge; battery and power electronics basics.
Responsibilities
- Develop hardware design for BEV battery packs.
- Coordinate simulations and analyses across teams.
- Oversee prototype builds at module, pack, and vehicle levels.
- Execute test plans for proof-of-concept and TRL readiness.
- Perform risk analyses and build business cases for implementation.
