Stellantis is seeking a Battery Pack Development Engineer to drive BEV pack concepts and thermal management integration for future vehicle programs. You will coordinate simulations, prototype builds, and testing to validate new technologies with a cross-functional team.

In this role, you’ll lead design activities, assess risks, and build business cases for deployment, leveraging your EV propulsion and battery tech background to push innovation within Stellantis programs.

Qualifikationen

• ABET-accredited degree in engineering and related field.
• Minimum of 3 years with EV propulsion systems including CAD & analysis.
• Strong knowledge of chassis dynamics and battery/power electronics.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with leadership potential.

Aufgaben

• Develop BEV battery pack concepts and integration strategies.
• Coordinate simulations, analyses, and prototype builds at module/pack/vehicle level.
• Execute test plans for proof-of-concept and conduct risk analyses.
• Build business cases for future vehicle implementation and lead cross-functional teams.
