Job summary

Stellantis is seeking a Battery Pack Development Engineer to design innovative BEV battery pack concepts and integrate them into future vehicle programs. You will coordinate simulations, prototype builds, and testing across module, pack, and vehicle levels, while leading cross-functional teams to meet TRL milestones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Applied Physics, Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace Engineering, or related Engineering field from an ABET accredited university.
• 3+ years of experience with electric vehicle propulsion systems and CAD/analysis work.
• Knowledge of vehicle chassis dynamics and battery technologies.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop BEV battery pack technologies and concepts for future Stellantis vehicle platforms.
• Coordinate simulations, analyses, and prototype builds at module, pack, and vehicle levels.
• Lead or coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver new battery technologies through TRL processes.
• Execute test plans for proof-of-concept and perform risk analyses; build business cases for implementation.
