Job summary

You will build an innovation pipeline, identify consumer and market opportunities, and drive projects from concept to launch with speed, agility, and ownership, partnering across R&D, Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or BBA preferred.
• Formal PMI certification or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in marketing, sales or product development.
• Strong communication and presentation skills required.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Support manager to develop innovation pipeline and strategies for assigned brand categories, channels, and customers.
• Build, lead, and influence cross-functional partnerships across R&D, Packaging, Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, Finance, Marketing, Insights, Engineering, Regulatory, and Procurement to bring innovation initiatives to market.
• Analyze consumer, operator and market data to identify insights and translate into innovation initiatives.
• Lead innovation and renovation projects across retail poultry categories from concept to launch with alignment to customer needs and business goals.
• Manage the innovation process into launch including forecasting with sales and coordinating initial production/test markets.
• Report key project updates to various functions and levels and mentor others in project management.
