Job summary
Beyond New Horizons, LLC (BNH) is seeking an Innovation Program Lead for Arnold AFB, TN. You will manage strategic projects from concept to launch, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and drive adoption of new technologies that connect commercial solutions with military needs.
The role requires setting a clear vision, guiding ideation, testing, and scaling, and communicating results to senior leadership. Some travel may be required to meet customers and partners.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering technology or 4 years of test/R&D experience.
- 3 years of experience in 3D design and production of custom tools.
- At least two years’ experience with CAM and CAD software and Autodesk Inventor.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret level security clearance and access to the AEDC local area network.
- U.S. Citizenship required for employment at AEDC.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional project teams from concept to launch.
- Drive adoption of new technologies and innovative solutions.
- Coordinate with stakeholders and executives; present analyses.
- Ensure projects stay on schedule and budget.
- Travel to meet customers as needed.
