Job summary

Beyond New Horizons, LLC (BNH) is seeking an Innovation Program Lead to manage strategic projects from concept to launch within the Engineering Solutions team supporting the Arnold Engineering Development Complex at Arnold AFB, TN.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, drive adoption of new technologies, connect commercial innovations with military needs, and guide ideation, testing, and scaling to deliver on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering technology or 4 years of test or R&D experience.
• 3 years of experience in 3D design and production of custom tools.
• At least two years’ experience with CAM and CAD software and Autodesk Inventor.

Responsibilities

• Manage strategic projects from concept to launch and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Drive adoption of new technologies and connect commercial tech with military needs.
• Set vision, guide ideation, testing, and scaling, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
