This innovator will be working as a member of an integrated team responsible for maintaining and sustaining the United States Air Force Test Operations and Sustainment efforts.
The Engineering Solutions team is seeking a highly qualified Innovation Program Lead to manage strategic projects from concept to launch, coordinate cross-functional teams, drive adoption of new technologies, advocate for new solutions and connect commercial technology with military needs. Key duties include setting the vision to align innovation goals with objectives, guide teams through ideation, testing, and scaling.
