Job summary

Beyond New Horizons, LLC (BNH) has an exciting opportunity for a Mid-Career Project Manager, supporting TOS II, at AEDC in Arnold AFB, TN. The project manager will oversee the Engineering Solutions branch responsible for supporting USAF Test Operations and Sustainment efforts.

Open to internal and external candidates. The role includes tracking earned value metrics, reporting project status monthly, and collaborating with customer project managers and analysts to keep initiatives on schedule and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5 years' project management experience.
• 2 years' experience with budgeting and forecasting to keep projects within budget.
• Ability to obtain and maintain DoD Secret clearance.
• U.S. Citizenship is required for employment at AEDC.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans outlining scope, deliverables, and timelines.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and resource allocation for multiple projects.
• Track earned value and report project status monthly.
• Identify risks and issues and implement mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate resources with supervisors to meet project goals.
• Communicate with stakeholders and customer project managers.
• Suggest process improvements to enhance delivery and teamwork.
• Adhere to PPE policy and perform other duties as assigned.
