Job summary

Beyond New Horizons (BNH) is seeking an Innovation Program Lead to manage strategic projects from concept to launch, coordinating cross-functional teams and driving adoption of new technologies at Arnold AFB, TN.

You will connect commercial technology with military needs by setting a clear vision for innovation and guiding ideation, testing, and scaling while ensuring projects meet schedule and budget. U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain DoD Secret clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering technology or 4 years of test/R&D experience.
• 3 years of experience in 3D design and production of custom tools.
• At least two years’ experience with CAM and CAD software and Autodesk Inventor.
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain DoD Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Implement strategies integrating innovative technologies into the work environment.
• Spot emerging market technologies and leads in next-generation technology development.
• Observe processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with local schools to facilitate innovation events.
• Present analysis results to senior leadership and customers.
