JPMorgan Chase is seeking an Executive Director to lead risk management and compliance with a focus on ML/AI governance, MLOps, and scalable risk products. You will work across Product, Data Science, Architecture and Security to advance the innovation agenda.

You will promote canary deployments, explainability, controls as code, and executive communications to drive ROI and regulatory alignment across Consumer and Community Banking risks.

Formación

• More than 10 years in DS/ML/Engineering with at least 5 years delivering ML at scale.
• Hands-on expertise with modern MLOps, CI/CD and infrastructure as code.
• Experience with containerization, orchestration and deployment patterns.
• Knowledge of model registries, feature stores, lineage and governance.
• Ability to translate technical change into business value for executives.

Responsabilidades

• Define a multi‑year innovation strategy for risk products and end‑to‑end ML delivery.
• Translate strategy into funded initiatives with KPIs and value narratives.
• Lead cross‑functional forums to agree standards and drive execution.
• Navigate priorities, broker trade‑offs and ensure outcome‑oriented alignment.
• Embed risk controls, auditability, and governance into ML pipelines.
• Develop executive‑level value stories with KPIs and quarterly reports.
• Drive progressive delivery practices and experiment with GenAI delivery where ROI is clear.
