Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an Executive-level Operational Risk Management Lead – Vice President within the CCOR organization in New York.

You will provide independent oversight of AI-enabled processes and controls within Consumer & Community Banking Operations, ensuring sound risk management and regulatory compliance. You will partner with Business, Technology, Data, Cybersecurity, Controls, Legal, and Privacy teams to translate complex risk topics into clear guidance for senior management

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in operational risk, technology risk, compliance, controls, audit, or related financial-risk discipline.
• Experience providing independent risk oversight or credible challenge of AI-enabled technologies, automation, or analytics.
• Knowledge of AI concepts, architectures, data dependencies, and lifecycle practices.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with data-driven risk assessment.

Responsibilities

• Provide independent, second-line CCOR oversight and credible challenge of AI in CCB Operations.
• Maintain a risk-based oversight program for AI-enabled products, processes, decisioning, monitoring, and customer interactions.
• Maintain technical understanding of evolving AI capabilities to evaluate data usage and process integration.
• Assess and monitor how AI adoption may introduce operational, technology, data, compliance, privacy, and customer risks.
• Evaluate AI use cases across the full lifecycle from intake to decommissioning.
• Independently challenge the effectiveness of AI-related controls (data quality, access, testing, explainability, etc.).
• Review new products and changes to ensure risk assessments and governance are in place before deployment.
