Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a technical field from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 5 years of product management experience, ideally with innovation or new product development.
• Ability to convert innovations into scalable business solutions across brands or channels.
• Hands-on with products; engage with dealers, end users, and internal teams to uncover pain points.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to present complex concepts clearly.
• Passion for innovation and creative problem-solving; proactive mindset.
• Strong strategic thinking balancing short-term wins with long-term vision.
• Experience developing business cases and pitches leveraging customer insights.
• Familiarity with agile product development including sprints, MVPs, and iterative testing.
• Track record of launching successful products in competitive markets.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the innovation product vision across trailer categories; align with business strategy.
• Lead full product lifecycle from concept through launch for innovative product lines.
• Advocate for user-centric design and incorporate customer feedback into development.
• Develop and manage innovation roadmaps; coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet milestones.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Define product requirements with Product Engineering and Manufacturing for timely execution.
• Establish KPIs to measure success of new products and drive accountability.
• Collaborate on pricing strategy and positioning to maximize market impact.
