Relocation

$15,000

Salary Range

$120,000 to $135,000 or higher depending on experience

Work Schedule

Hybrid - 3 days in office, 2 at home

Desired Abilities

• Has to have experience launching 1 or 2 new product lines from concept to design to commercialization
• Trailer manufacturing experience - more on frame and steel fabrication
• Management or team lead experience preferred
• Must be willing to relocate or be able to drive to location at least 3 times a week

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with marketing department to determine market potential for new products.
• Develops new products from concept from testing to production.
• Tests prototypes and validate new designs.
• Ensure projects are on schedule and within budget.
• Oversees engineering staff and ensures R&D goals and objective are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Engineering required; Masters degree in Engineering or Business Administration preferred.
• At least ten years of related experience required
