Job summary

The University at Buffalo's CoLab seeks a Program Coordinator to design and deliver innovative programs that engage all UB students and support the department's mission.

Reporting to the Associate Director, you will lead instructional design, coordinate events, facilitate workshops, and build collaborations across campus, alumni, and industry partners, advancing learner-centered experiences and measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering programs for diverse learner populations.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills.
• Ability to translate complex ideas into accessible learning experiences.
• Experience coordinating cross-campus partnerships.
• Background in instructional design, curriculum development, or program management.

Responsibilities

• Design engaging, outcomes-driven programs and workshops for all UB students.
• Apply instructional design principles to create accessible, inclusive, high-impact learning experiences.
• Facilitate programs, workshops, and events that build innovation mindsets and skills.
• Conceive and execute communications to raise awareness of CoLab programs across campus and with alumni/business community.
• Plan and coordinate events that attract prospective participants and provide networking opportunities.
• Coordinate cross-campus partnerships to broaden program reach and deepen impact.
• Assess program effectiveness and iterate based on data and student feedback.
