Job summary

University at Buffalo is seeking a Program Coordinator for the Startup and Innovation Collaboratory within the Division of Student Life. The role supports a collaborative, student-centered team that connects UB students with entrepreneurial resources, expertise, and networks from campus and the Western New York community.

You will lead and manage our portfolio of entrepreneurial development programs, coordinating training, workshops, panels, mentorship, and program experiences while handling

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience or master's degree or professional certification.
• Experience coordinating programs, events, or partnerships.
• Experience working with college students, volunteers, or community partners.
• Strong organizational, communication, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to manage multiple schedules, stakeholders, and logistical details concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate entrepreneurial training programs by organizing resources, alumni, and community partners who deliver workshops, panels, mentorship, and program experiences
• Program coordination, stakeholder management, logistics, and operations to ensure high-quality delivery of programming
