Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education, instructional design, communication, or a related field with a minimum of two years of experience.
• Demonstrated proficiency in instructional design principles, curriculum development, or program design.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with experience leading workshops, training sessions, or programming for diverse audiences.
• Excellent organizational skills and time management; ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to produce clear program materials, reports, and correspondence.
• Demonstrated interpersonal and relationship-building skills; ability to work collaboratively with students, staff, faculty, and external partners.
• Project management skills; ability to plan, coordinate, and deliver programs from concept to completion.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital collaboration tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in higher education, student affairs, or a university-based program development role.
• Master’s degree in instructional design, education, curriculum and instruction, or a related field.
• Experience with learning assessment, micro-credentialing frameworks, or competency-based education.
• Experience with marketing communications and outreach to promote program offerings.
• Familiarity with NACE career-readiness competencies or similar professional development frameworks.
• Experience supporting diverse and underrepresented student populations.
  Demonstrated interest in innovation, design thinking, or interdisciplinary learning environments.
