Job summary

Legal Services Corporation (LSC) is seeking an Innovation & Learning Associate to join the Office of Data Governance and Analysis. The role focuses on researching, piloting, and sharing new approaches to delivering civil legal services and expanding access to justice.

You will work with LSC staff, grantees, vendors, and partners to translate practical problems into study designs, pilot plans, requirements, and success metrics while supporting adoption resources and field learning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; five years of relevant experience preferred.
• Experience with program management in tech-enabled settings is desirable.
• Ability to learn unfamiliar tools and work with data.

Responsibilities

• Translate user needs into problem statements, use cases, requirements, and measures of success.
• Coordinate with vendors, grantees, consultants, and internal partners.
• Develop learning resources, guides, and playbooks for adoption.
• Plan and conduct user research and structured testing with legal aid staff.
