Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Master's degree program.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and logistics for training events and programs (materials, room/AV setup, catering coordination, participant check-in).
• Support registration and attendance tracking for training programs using the LMS, with guidance from staff.
• Help create and organize support materials and presentations for classroom-based training sessions.
• Assist with basic data entry and reporting related to training metrics, budget tracking, and program outcomes.
• Provide administrative and customer service support to internal staff and program participants.
• Assist with day-of event support during training sessions and department programs.
