Responsibilities

• Align with strategic research and insights, and provide ongoing feedback to identify new concepts.
• Lead InsurTech-focused VC partnerships and evaluate relationships for business impact.
• Direct end-to-end innovation activities within a transparent pipeline from plan to scale.
• Collaborate with business partners to surface innovative use cases and run POCs.
• Communicate program status and outcomes across the enterprise with defined governance.
• Mentor junior colleagues in innovation methodologies and development.
