The Innovation Lab Lead partners with Adobe pre-sales and Merkle delivery teams to map objectives to solutions such as GenStudio, Firefly, and CX Enterprise CoWorker, building business cases and roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Workshop design and facilitation for senior stakeholders.
• Executive presence and leading executive workshops and reports.
• Deep knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud solutions.
• Pre-sales or solution engineering background with rapid scoping of complex challenges.
• Translate objectives into value cases and recommendations.
• Initiate AI initiatives in organizations.
• Ability to handle ambiguity and iterate quickly.
• Manage multi-stakeholder, time-bound engagements.
• Excellent presentation and communication for non-technical audiences.
• Preferred: experience in Financial Services, Healthcare, or Pharma.
• Change management and operational efficiency experience.
• Track record delivering ROI on initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Design and facilitate customer innovation labs with early-stage workshops.
• Surface high-value use cases and validate product-market fit for AI capabilities.
• Collaborate with Adobe Pre-Sales and Lead Architect to map objectives to solutions (GenStudio, Firefly, CX Enterprise CoWorker).
• Manage pre-commitment evaluation planning with clear scope and success criteria.
• Partner with Merkle strategy and delivery to position lab findings as business cases and roadmaps.
• Develop repeatable lab methodologies, playbooks, and evaluation frameworks for Horizon program.
• Maintain executive-level communications on progress, learning, and next steps.
