Job summary

Adobe Inc. is seeking an intern for the Solutions Consulting group within Technical Pre-Sales.

You will engage with customers on discovery, live demos, and technology planning, while collaborating with Sales, Success, Product, and Architecture teams to tailor recommendations and compelling product demos. You will gain hands-on experience with AI features and agentic capabilities, develop storytelling assets, and contribute to impactful projects during a summer internship with hybrid, co-located

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled full time in a Bachelor's or Graduate program.
• Available to participate in a full-time internship from May to September 2027.
• A natural storyteller who can shape technical information into a narrative for technical and business audiences.
• Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving skills with ability to synthesize recommendations.
• Comfortable presenting live and working directly in‑product in front of customers.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills across teams.
• Strong project management skillset.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly, verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Participate in customer engagements focused on discovery, presentations, live demos, AI capabilities, and technology planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to develop pitches and presentations for customers.
• Connect customer challenges with Adobe solutions and demonstrate business value.
• Build fluency in Adobe’s AI and Agentic capabilities and translate them into a clear customer story.
• Learn the pre-sales software business through formal training and hands-on apprenticeship.
• Develop reusable materials, frameworks, and storytelling assets for future engagements.
• Research key technical innovations and translate them into presentation-ready content.
