Job summary

Adobe seeks a senior professional to lead innovation labs within its Horizon pre-sales program. You will design workshops, translate business challenges into AI demos, and collaborate with presales and architects to map objectives to Adobe solutions.

You will also manage evaluation planning, develop business cases, and create scalable lab methodologies while maintaining high-level executive communications. Preference for Financial Services, Healthcare, or Pharmaceutical sector experience.

Qualifications

• Experience facilitating workshops for enterprise customers.
• Ability to engage executive stakeholders and translate business needs into technical demos.
• Deep knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud and pre-sales or solution engineering background.
• Strong business acumen and experience leading AI initiatives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead innovation labs for Adobe Horizon pre-sales program.
• Design and run workshops to translate challenges into AI and agentic capability demos.
• Collaborate with technical presales and architects to align objectives with Adobe solutions.
• Manage evaluation planning and develop business cases and roadmaps with strategy teams.
• Develop scalable lab methodologies and maintain executive communications.
