The Tepa Companies invite ambitious students to join the 2027 Innovation Intern Program for a 12-week paid internship. Based in our Alexandria, VA offices, the role blends hands-on projects with dashboard work and automation tasks.

You will explore data dashboards, automate workflows, and prototype API-driven improvements while learning from a collaborative team. This is ideal for students in business, economics, or related fields seeking real-world experience.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an applicable Bachelor’s degree program.
• Must be within 2 years of graduation.
• Comfort with Microsoft 365 tools (SharePoint, Power Automate, Power BI, Teams).
• Basic coding knowledge (Python, JavaScript) or similar.
• Interest in dashboards and data visualization.
• Self-starter with a creative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assist design and implement workflow automations.
• Route emails from inboxes into structured folders.
• Auto-converting files to PDFs and uploading them to internal systems.
• Explore and prototype data dashboards using Power BI.
• Help integrate APIs and conditional audience logic.
• Identify pain points in processes and pitch tech-based solutions.
