The Tepa Companies are seeking a Construction Intern for a 12-week paid program at Fort Benning, GA. This role offers exposure to construction management across estimating, scheduling, submittals, and field supervision.

Applicants are pursuing a bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management, within 2 years of graduation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and leadership abilities are expected, with strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle a fast-moving environment.

• Assisting with field execution support of construction projects.
• Assisting with estimating, scheduling, developing bid packages, issuing RFIs, and coordination of submittals.
• Observing and supervising construction activities.
• Assisting with project close out activities.
• Learn about the Support of our Field Staff.
• Interacting with design professionals and construction management teams.
• Assisting with tracking and forecasting project budgets.
• Assisting with safety enforcement.
• Organizing and attending project meetings.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

This role works in an incredibly fast-moving business and has the opportunity to make valuable contributions.The Tepa Companies 2027 Intern Program is a paid opportunity for the duration of 12 weeks.
