Job summary

Portland State University, College of Urban and Public Affairs, is seeking an Innovation Hub Program Navigator to build and maintain relationships with regional resources and entrepreneurs. You will assess needs, refer or case‑manage clients, and help deploy resources across Hub programs.

Working with the Hub director and oversight board, you will help set objectives and milestones. This is a fixed-term, full‑time role supporting innovation‑based, traded sector businesses and broader community

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field of study with 4+ years of professional experience, or
• Master’s degree with 2+ years in the functional area, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and maintain relationships with regional ecosystem resources and providers.
• Meet and assess the needs of individuals and small companies, refer or case‑manage to regional resources.
• Follow up to map out what resources are most effective.
• Drive resource deployment in Hub programs by uncovering emergent needs among entrepreneurs in the region.
• Collaborate with Hub director and oversight board to set Hub objectives and milestones.
