Job summary

Portland State University in Portland, Oregon, hosts the PSBA Program Manager role within the Portland State Business Accelerator (PSBA). The position drives day‑to‑day cohort operations, founder engagement, and milestone progress to advance startup ventures and translational research initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and 2–4 years of relevant experience.
Experience coordinating project milestones and tracking program outcomes.
Knowledge of entrepreneurship and startup ecosystems.

Responsibilities

Founder coaching and program execution; advise founders and review milestones.
Maintain accountability for outbound milestones and target benchmarks.
Plan and run cohort programming and workshops.
Develop commercialization materials (pitch decks, market sizing, financial models).
Coordinate with PSBA Director and ART Project Coordinator.
Track program performance metrics and investor engagements.
