Job summary

Portland State University’s PSBA Program Manager drives startup acceleration and project coaching, managing founder engagement and milestone progress. You will help develop investor decks, market analyses, and outreach scripts, while guiding teams toward partnerships and funding opportunities.

Reporting to the PSBA Director, you’ll coordinate cohorts, mentor founders, and integrate LIT program participants into ventures, with a clear focus on measurable market traction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2–4 years of relevant experience in program management or business development.
• Knowledge of entrepreneurship and startup ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Operate as the program's day‑to‑day manager for startup cohorts.
• Coach founders, track milestones, and assist in preparing commercialization assets.
• Plan and execute cohort programming, workshops, and fundraising activities.
• Coordinate student involvement and ensure alignment with PSBA goals.
• Maintain records of performance metrics, partnerships, and funding outcomes.
