Job summary

Portland State University is seeking an Innovation Hub Program Navigator to support the Metro Region Innovation Hub. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with regional resources, guiding entrepreneurs to appropriate services, and aligning activities with Hub objectives.

The Navigator will coordinate with leadership to map needs, drive resource deployment, and ensure equity and accessibility for diverse communities. Position is open to current PSU AAUP professionals.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 4+ years of professional experience, or Master’s degree with 2+ years in the area.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

Acquire and maintain relationships with regional ecosystem resources and providers.
Refer or case-manage entrepreneurs to resources and providers.
Follow up with engagements to map effective outcomes.
Set Hub objectives and milestones with the Hub director and oversight board.
Drive resource deployment within Hub programs and identify emergent needs.
