Job summary

EY is seeking a Technical Product & Innovation Manager to shape a product-led talent technology portfolio. You will govern investment strategies, roadmap execution, and operating rhythms, delivering measurable value at enterprise scale while leading Client Zero initiatives that connect strategy, user needs, and delivery.

Success requires establishing governance, aligning intake with investment choices, and driving adoption across enterprise technology with a focus on value realization and risk

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in technical product management, HR or talent technology, enterprise platforms, digital transformation, product operations, or technology consulting.
• Demonstrated success establishing or maturing a product organization with governance, operating rhythms, lifecycle practices, and cross-functional accountability.
• Experience defining a technology investment strategy and technical roadmap linking priorities, funding, sequencing, risk, and value realization.
• Experience leading Client Zero, internal-first pilot or incubation initiatives through implementation, adoption, measurement, and enterprise scale.
• Experience managing roadmaps and backlogs, leading structured discovery, translating business needs into requirements, coordinating delivery across teams.
• Experience with enterprise HR platforms or service-delivery technologies; ServiceNow, employee portals, case/knowledge management, workflow automation preferred.
• Knowledge of integrations, APIs, data flows, security, privacy, risk, testing, release management, and platform lifecycle practices.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field

Responsibilities

• Define and implement talent technology investment strategy and multi-horizon technical roadmap with prioritized investments and measurable outcomes.
• Maintain an integrated view of talent technology inventory, portfolio, demand, delivery capacity, dependencies, risk, cost, and value.
• Lead governance forums connecting strategy, investment decisions, demand, architecture, delivery, risk, and value realization.
• Coordinate refinement, estimation, dependency management, release planning, prototyping, testing, UAT, launch readiness, and post-launch reviews with Enterprise Tech and delivery partners.
• Lead Client Zero initiatives from use-case definition to adoption and enterprise-scale readiness.
• Evaluate emerging capabilities (AI, automation, self-service, platform releases) and move viable opportunities into governed experiments.
• Manage an innovation and enhancement pipeline moving ideas from discovery through adoption and measurement.
• Engage Talent leaders, users, product managers, and vendors to align on outcomes, requirements, constraints, quality, and commitments.
