Pharmavite is seeking a Finance leader in West Hills, CA to guide forecasting, performance analysis, and decision support for innovation and Growth initiatives. You will partner with Marketing, R&D, and Digital Commerce teams to build P&Ls and drive strategic investment decisions.

The role emphasizes financial modeling, market projections, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize the product portfolio and channel strategies.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• MBA preferred.
• 4-6 years related experience in finance, business analytics, or a related field required.
• 1-3 years related experience in a consumer products company preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with cross-functional teams to assess financial viability from project inception through commercialization.
• Develop project P&Ls, including product costing, pricing, promotions, channel planning.
• Support innovation launches using segment trends and market norms to inform formulation, pricing, and launch assumptions.
• Develop short- and long-term market projections with Innovation partners to prioritize the portfolio.
• Provide financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis with Growth teams.
• Lead/perform ad-hoc financial analyses to support emerging priorities and initiatives.
• Lead SG&A planning and variance analysis in partnership with Marketing and R&D.
• Analyze performance and drivers to support planning decisions.
