Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related area.
• At least 4 years of experience in Business Management or COO role.
• Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level responsiveness to executive ad-hoc requests related to project management, presentation development, and business analysis.
• Project manage and deliver key work streams and tasks.
• Coordinate team activities and prepare materials for town halls and strategy sessions.
• Communicate effectively with key business partners to understand projects and drive next steps.
• Collaborate with team members and global managers to simplify and improve processes.
• Organize complex information with strong design in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Create wireframes and mock-ups for management presentations and dashboards.
• Perform data-driven trend analysis with clear storytelling and visualization.
• Communicate key business metrics, financial and non-financial, for decision-making.
• Identify key business risks and drive mitigation actions.
