Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; 2+ years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create wireframes and mock-ups for management presentations, reports, and dashboards.
• Analyze data and produce market-mapping insights informing coverage and engagement priorities.
• Define success metrics and track ROI, reporting impact and trends to senior management.
• Leverage AI/LLM tools to improve speed and quality of deliverables and workflows.
• Assist in coordinating team activities and networking initiatives, materials for events, town halls, and strategy sessions.
• Lead and support internal strategic initiatives to enhance, track and report ongoing activities and drive process improvements.
• Support creation of marketing materials and newsletters for internal/external distribution.
• Collect and maintain internal resources and documentation on collaboration sites.
• Collaborate with International Private Bank regions to achieve business objectives.
• Support recurring business management cadence and reporting to ensure timely execution of priorities.
• Assist in identifying key business risks and help drive mitigation controls.
