Qualifications
- 4+ years of applicable experience in legal practice or technology adoption.
- Active bar membership or registered in-house counsel status.
- Experience in cross-functional projects involving legal technology teams.
- Understanding of large law firm financial and work allocation processes.
Responsibilities
- Support legal technology adoption initiatives impacting practice groups.
- Design and prepare playbooks for best practices in innovation technologies.
- Organize presentations, status reports, and executive briefings.
- Collaborate with leadership on initiative prioritization processes.
- Develop objectives, success metrics, and timelines for technology adoption.
- Analyze practice group workflows to increase effectiveness and efficiency.
- Drive legal technology pilots and continuous improvements.
- Assist change management teams in developing communication campaigns.
- Maintain practice group-specific resources and automate efforts.
