- Understanding of large law firm financial and work allocation processes
Responsibilities
- Provide attorney-level input on legal technology adoption initiatives
- Design and prepare playbooks for best practices in innovation technologies
- Organize presentations, status reports, and executive briefings
- Collaborate with leadership on initiative prioritization processes
- Develop objectives and success metrics for technology adoption initiatives
- Analyze practice group workflows to identify improvement areas
- Drive legal technology pilots and continuous improvements
- Develop communication campaigns and change measurement processes
- Maintain practice group-specific resources and automate efforts
