BCG Attorney Search is seeking an Innovation Counsel in Los Angeles to advance practice-specific initiatives that maximize the value of innovation technologies and practices. The role involves collaboration with various teams to drive best practices in leveraging legal technology and introducing new tools and processes.

You will design playbooks, organize executive briefings, and develop objectives and metrics for adoption while analyzing workflows for improvements across practice groups.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of applicable experience in legal practice or technology adoption.
• Active bar membership or registered in-house counsel status.
• Experience in cross-functional projects involving legal technology.
• Understanding of large law firm financial and work allocation processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide attorney-level input on legal technology adoption initiatives.
• Design and prepare playbooks for best practices in innovation technologies.
• Organize presentations, status reports, and executive briefings.
• Collaborate with leadership on initiative prioritization processes.
• Develop objectives, success metrics, and timelines for technology adoption.
• Analyze practice group workflows to identify improvement areas.
• Drive legal technology pilots and continuous improvements.
• Assist change management teams in developing communication campaigns.
• Maintain practice group-specific resources and automate efforts.
