The candidate should hold a JD (or non-US equivalent), be a licensed attorney, and have 4+ years of experience in legal practice or technology adoption, with strong communication and stakeholder

Qualifications

• JD or foreign equivalent required.
• Active bar membership or in-house counsel status.
• Experience in cross-functional projects with legal technology teams.
• Understanding of large law firm financial and work allocation processes.

Responsibilities

• Support legal technology adoption initiatives impacting practice groups.
• Design and prepare playbooks for best practices in innovation technologies.
• Organize presentations, status reports, and executive briefings.
• Collaborate with leadership on initiative prioritization processes.
• Develop objectives, success metrics, and timelines for technology adoption.
• Analyze practice group workflows to improve efficiency with legal technologies.
• Drive legal technology pilots and continuous improvements.
• Develop communication campaigns and change measurement processes.
• Maintain practice group-specific resources and automate efforts.
