The position leads adoption pilots, designs playbooks, measures outcomes, and communicates progress through executive briefings, with a focus on scalable, innovative delivery of legal services.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate or non-US equivalent.
• Active bar membership or in-house counsel status.
• 4+ years of experience in legal practice or technology adoption.
• Experience on cross-functional projects involving legal technology.
• Understanding of large law firm financial and work allocation processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide attorney-level input on legal technology adoption initiatives.
• Design and prepare playbooks for best practices in innovation technologies.
• Organize presentations, status reports, and executive briefings.
• Collaborate with leadership on initiative prioritization processes.
• Develop objectives, success metrics, and timelines for technology adoption.
• Analyze practice group workflows to identify improvement areas.
• Drive legal technology pilots and continuous improvements.
• Develop communication campaigns and change measurement processes.
• Maintain practice group-specific resources and automate efforts.
