Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks an Innovation Counsel - Litigation in Los Angeles to drive practice-specific initiatives and maximize the value of innovation technologies and practices. You will collaborate with multiple teams to implement best practices in legal technology and service delivery.

The role requires 4+ years in legal practice or technology adoption, a JD (or non-US equivalent), active bar status, and proven ability to manage cross-functional projects, set objectives, and deliver

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate or non-US equivalent required.
• Active bar membership or registered in-house counsel status.
• Experience in cross-functional projects involving legal technology teams.
• Understanding of large law firm financial and work allocation processes.

Responsibilities

• Support legal technology adoption initiatives and design playbooks.
• Organize presentations, status reports, and executive briefings.
• Collaborate with leadership on initiative prioritization and timelines.
• Develop objectives, success metrics, and milestones for technology adoption.
• Analyze workflows to improve efficiency using legal technologies.
• Drive pilots and continuous improvements in legal tech adoption.
• Assist change management with communication campaigns.
• Maintain practice group resources and automate processes.
