Job summary

Little Caesars is seeking an Innovation & Commercialization Manager to drive future growth through pilot programs, process innovation, and technology adoption in a fast-paced restaurant operations context.

You will coordinate pilots, work with teams to develop practical solutions for guest and staff challenges, and monitor outcomes to guide scaling and decision making across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in innovation and project management.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the execution of pilot programs for new processes, operational solutions, and technologies in lab and live environments.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ideate and develop solutions for operational and guest facing challenges.
• Track pilot performance and compile reports on outcomes to recommend next steps.
• Support scaling successful pilots across the organization.
