Job summary
Tyson Foods is seeking a Lead Analyst to partner with business and IT to translate requirements into data products and deliver insights that improve operations and enterprise initiatives. The role covers the full analytics lifecycle from gathering requirements to data modeling and dashboards.
Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in information systems or analytics, strong SQL/BigQuery skills, and the ability to influence across senior stakeholders while driving data-driven decisions.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Information Systems or related area with proven experience as a business analyst.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other technical area.
- Experience communicating technical information to stakeholders and executives.
Responsibilities
- Act as the IT partner to the business, aligning data products through requirements gathering to business goals and delivering best-in-class data solutions.
- Strong subject matter expertise in Food Industry business processes and technical capabilities.
- Experience leading complex transformation initiatives that impact business process and technology.
- Assist in data architecture strategy, integration, and deployment across analytics.
- Develop IT analytics strategies and roadmaps with business leadership.
- Lead cross functional meetings and present to executives.
