Job summary

The Michelin recognized Rocky Waters Motor Inn in Gatlinburg, TN seeks an Innkeeper to be the welcoming face guests rely on. You’ll handle front desk tasks, assist guests, and supervise room turnover to AATMOS standards.

This hands-on, guest-facing role emphasizes hospitality detail, professional appearance, and flexible availability including evenings and weekends. Training and growth opportunities exist within the AATMOS group.

Qualifications

• 1 year of hotel, housekeeping, or guest services experience preferred.
• Professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and crouch for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• TABC certification required within 60 days of hire and maintained.

Responsibilities

• Address guest needs and concerns promptly, professionally, and with genuine care.
• Maintain a welcoming, hospitable presence throughout the property at all times.
• Clean and turn over guest rooms between stays, including beds, bathrooms, amenities, and reset to standard.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of common areas and facilities to the highest standards.

What You’ll Do

Guest Experience

• Clean and turn over guest rooms between stays, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, restocking amenities, and resetting the room to AATMOS standards
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of common areas and facilities to the highest standards
